1. Digital Access Delivery
Comeback Academy delivers digital access to notes and courses. Purchasing an access pass grants time-limited authorization to read notes and watch lecture content inside the official Comeback mobile application using the same account used during checkout.
2. Non-Refundable Access
Because access to digital learning materials is immediately granted upon payment confirmation, all sales are final. We do not offer discretionary refunds, change-of-mind refunds, or partial credit for unused days.
3. Exceptions and Payment Failures
Refunds or order adjustments will strictly apply under the following technical conditions:
- Duplicate Charges: If your account was charged twice for the exact same order due to a payment gateway stutter.
- Payment Captured but Order Failed: If payment was debited from your bank account but payment confirmation failed to grant access within 24 hours.
- Legal Requirements: Where applicable consumer protection laws mandate a statutory refund.
4. Processing Support Requests
If you experience an issue with your payment or entitlement, please submit a request to our support team at Support Center with your internal order reference ID, Razorpay payment ID, and account email address. Verified claims are processed through Razorpay back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
